How credits work
Credits are consumed each time you interact with the AI agent, run a script, or use a credit-priced integration. Three things drive credit usage:- AI model calls — every message to the agent, every script build, and every automated run that involves the AI uses credits proportional to the amount of text processed.
- Execution time — running script blocks consumes credits based on how long the execution takes.
- Gateway integrations — calls made through the LLM Gateway, Social Media Gateway, and Web Search Gateway consume credits when used.
Pro packages
Pro packages are recurring plan sizes. Each package includes a monthly credit allowance, premium models, and the option to buy additional on-demand credits. See the Script.it pricing page for current package sizes and monthly or yearly pricing.Premium models require Pro. Credit-priced integrations use the active account’s available credits.

Additional on-demand credits
Personal owners, organization owners, and billing admins can allow usage beyond the plan at $0.12 per credit. Set a monthly USD limit under Settings → Billing → Additional on-demand credits. The limit is additional to the recurring package. When the active account uses its included credits and reaches its on-demand limit, Script.it pauses new billable actions until credits become available or the next credit window begins.Recurring integration credits
LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram connections currently cost 50 credits per connected account each month. The connection dialog shows the recurring cost before you connect. Disconnecting does not refund the current month’s charge. If a renewal cannot be paid, Script.it warns you before unlinking the connection.View usage
Open Settings → Usage to see the active account’s credit status and daily activity.- In Personal, you see your own usage and remaining credits.
- Organization owners and admins can expand Organization usage to review usage by member, script, and active trigger.
- Organization members and billing admins see only their own usage. If an administrator set a member cap, they also see that cap and its reset date.
Member usage caps
Organization owners and admins can set an optional monthly cap for a member from Settings → Organization. The cap limits how many credits that member can spend from the organization’s shared pool. Clearing the cap returns the member to shared-pool-only access. A cap does not reserve credits for the member and does not change credits already used. What happens when credits run out
When the active account has no usable credits:- New agent messages and billable script runs are blocked.
- Triggers cannot run until the account can spend again.
- A credit-priced integration cannot be connected if the account cannot cover its recurring charge.
